Course Program: HRIS and People Analytics
Target Audience: Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs)/HR Analytics beginners, HR Generalists who build reports, Talent Acquisition Specialist / Compensation and Benefits Specialist/ Learning and Development Specialist needing dashboards, and junior business analysts.

This capstone applies HRIS and analytics to address business questions responsibly. Learners extract and clean data, define KPIs, and build a one-page dashboard; they also explore the HR tech ecosystem (popular suites, ATS, LMS, BI) and apply AI/automation with guardrails. Work includes basic integrations, self-service workflow design, and governance for privacy, security, and responsible AI. Learning culminates in a hands-on mini-project using a provided dataset, a short demo of data movement or automation, and a concise presentation of findings and recommendations.
