This course provides executive directors with insight about leadership and management in order to develop a skill set that enables them to become better leaders and managers in the workplace. Through group discussions, role-play, and relevant case studies, participants learn to identify their own leadership style and that of others who they interact with. To complement their leadership role, participants learn how to use fundamental finance concepts or finance acumen in order to make business decisions that yield desirable business results.
